Junk Removal Pricing

Affordable, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. You pay for the space your items take up — not by the hour.

How Pricing Works

At Texas Junk Brothers, we keep pricing simple and transparent. Price is based on:

  • How much space your items take up in our truck
  • The labor required (heavy items, stairs, long carries)
  • The type of items (mattresses and heavy items add labor)
  • Whether demolition is involved

No hourly rates. No surprise fees. No upselling. We confirm every price upfront before the job begins.

Texas Sales Tax Disclosure

The State of Texas requires 8.25% sales tax on residential junk removal services. We include this in every written quote, so the price you see is the total price you pay — no surprise line item at the end.

Volume-Based Pricing

Most junk removal is priced by how much space your items take in our truck.

Cleanout Pricing

Whole-house, estate, hoarder, and rental turnover cleanouts are quoted individually based on home size, junk volume, labor, and disposal needs. Most quotes come back within minutes of texting us photos.

What Affects Your Price

A few job details push the number up or pull it down. We'll tell you which apply before we start.

  • Long carries or stairs
  • Difficult access (tight gates, narrow alleys)

  • Extra dump or recycling fees for specific materials
